Our cava is made by the Berdié brand with aging for 15 to 27 months in underground cava.

Only traditional varieties, Macabeu, Xarel·lo and Parellada, have been used to make the Berdié Rupestre.

Each of these grapes is vinified separately with controlled temperatures, then the blend is made, the combination with the appropriate proportion of each of the varieties, to achieve the personal line of this cava.

With the second fermentation in the bottle, we will achieve the foaming according to the traditional method, to finish with an aging of more than 15 months in the underground cellar. 11.5 vol%
